Singularity University (USA) Has Announced Its First Ambassador in Ukraine

Ivetta Delikatnaya, the Chief Talent Officer of Atlantic Group, a communications holding company, has become the ambassador for Ukraine for Singularity University, one of the world’s most innovative learning establishments. Thus, Ukraine has become one of the 70 countries with Singularity University representatives.

The Singularity University ambassadors are chosen from the ranks of graduates, who studied at one of its programs. The ambassadors are a voluntary occupation for a one-year period. The goal of the ambassadors is the maintenance and advancement of Singularity University’s events, the approval of their country’s candidates for participation in new programs, and conducting their own projects with funding from the University’s foundation.

The sponsors of Singularity include such companies as Google, Autodesk, Nokia, Kaufmann Foundation, and Cisco.  Singularity was founded in February 2009, and is situated in the Silicon Valley on the territory of the NASA Research Center. The main ideologist of this project is Ray Curzwail, the world-famous inventor and futurologist, who deems the University the best project in his life. The purpose of the Singularity University is the training of potential leaders, who further the development of technologies all over the world, for the solution of humanity’s global problems. The learning process is divided into six branches, which are especially important for the future of exponential theory. These are: education, energetic, health management, security, cosmos, and one of the University’s programs develops projects aimed at “changing the life of 1 billion people”.

The founders and academic staff of the Singularity University include many famous people, such as: Peter Diamandis, the head of the X PRIZE Foundation, the founder of cosmic tourism; Ralf Merkle, the inventor of the public key encryption method and the head nano-technologist of Zyvex corporation; Bob Metcalf, the inventor of Ethernet and the founder of 3Com; and Peter Norwig, the author of one of the most popular Artificial Intelligence handbook and others.

There is some problem in our wine inrstudy.When I came to UK, there was a lot of different brandy tastes there. But in this country you should pay sth. like 500 000 UAH to get a license for a wine of horilka production. It is the way to make some corruption schemes to be an ordinary way for business. So, you should like Masandra wines. Some of them are really good. But if you like dry ones, you have no real choice in this country.
